    Hey storybeader! I just checked and they’re working for me and about 1,000 people have downloaded them over the past 24 hours with no issues reported. Do you have adobe acrobat installed on your computer? If not, I can email you the Microsoft Word copy. Just let me know.

      Hey there! I’ve checked with a bunch of people–if you have Adobe Reader, you can download them. If you don’t have it, you can’t. But you can download that software for free here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/

    yes, I thought I had adobe reader 9, but I guess something’s wrong with it. Would love for you to send me the Microsoft Works Word, if you have it. My museum was just working on their marketing plan, and I know how important it is. Thanks a lot. {:-Deb

    As the former Marketing Director for a local museum, I know all about the need to market a non-profit..I just don’t have a clue as to the best way to do individual marketing for the creative business I’m trying to get off the ground!
