Right Brain Exercise to Incite Creativity

This video is a demonstration of a simple technique that Linda uses to loosen up creatively. She often uses this exercise in her classroom to help her students get into their “right brain” before starting a more difficult project. If you want to get into your “right brain” before painting, drawing, or working on an ongoing project, try this one out. You don’t have to do it all at once. You could begin the exercise one day and finish it on another day. Have fun and remember that this exercise isn’t meant to produce brilliant artwork. It’s meant to spark creativity.
