I drooled over this gray dress for months before purchasing it. {Erin Giles can attest to this. She wore it to RHH Live and I told her that I was envious over and over.} When it went on sale, I didn’t hesitate a second longer. And, I just picked up these patent faux-leather black flats from Target for $10.
I have a sweet tooth for tulle and lace, so I paired this gray dress with a top with a lace back. I feel kinda childish in this outfit, but I think that makes it even more fun.
I made the elephant necklace I’m wearing. Watch out for the DIY–it’s coming up soon!
Top: Belk; Dress: ModCloth; Necklace: Handmade by Me; Tights: Target; Ballet Flats: Target
Love this too, April – wow, your cloth combinations are just lovely to illustrate
Thanks Julia!
I must ask one thing: are you cold? I have about 2 feet of snow outside, so I’m a bit envious of your weather.
Love that skirt too!
Ha! Cold outside? Yes. Cold inside? Nope, I’ve got a nice, warm fire going most days. 🙂
You look beautiful in the snow…but I would be freezing!
Good thing it only takes about five minutes to capture the pictures!
Oh, I totally understand drooling over that dress! *lol*
I am not a clothes-kinda-person (or shoes or handbags for that matter) – but that dress is gorgeous!!!!
I’m such a clothes person…shopping is something I could do all day every day.
I always kinda hated the actual act of shopping. However, lately I am thinking that it might be because I was always in the wrong kinds of stores. Since I have a subscription to the free people newsletter I am seriously doubting my “i-do-not-like-clothes-and-shoes”-personality! *lol* I wanna by everything they have! That is so not me. 😀
