Snow Day

- January 18, 2013 | by April -

SnowDay1

We got snowed in yesterday. It started falling around 2:30 and by 3:30 our entire yard and street were covered. We couldn’t believe how fast it accumulated. My husband left work early, stopped by the store for supplies, and got home just in time. Our car barely made it up our street.

Usually, I’m anti-snow, because I hate all things freezing. But, right now I’ve got a crush on snow, because I work from home and we have a wood-burning stove to keep me feeling cozy all day long. Plus, our dogs looooooooooove it. They chase each other all over the yard like they used to when they were puppies. So cute!

I’m soo jealous. The photos are so beauTful!
I’ve heard it can be annoying after awhile but you always want what you can’t have, right? Here in SOUTH Georgia…never happens.

I love that you included your pups and described your cozy fun day. Made me smile.

I’m anti-snow. I think it looks beautiful in pictures and on TV, but I have no desire to see snow again in real life. Thankfully, we don’t get snow here, but I used to have to deal with it every year when I lived in the Midwest.

Oh my goodness, your dogs are just so adorable. Absolutely gorgeous creatures! And I bet they give the best cuddles on those cold days too!
