I’m kind of obsessed with magazines. I have 32 subscriptions (really!). Trees and postal workers hate me.
I use magazines for my vision boards, scrapbooking, decorating planners and notebooks, and for coming up with ideas for my blog. I know I can read most of my subscriptions on a tablet, but there’s something wonderful about holding a real magazine in my hands.
Oh my gosh! I think you should publish a blog post with all the magazines you’re subscribed to–I’d definitely be interested. 🙂
These look sooo neat!
Thanks Shan! They are fun.
You make me want to haunt my local antique stores! 🙂
Do it! So much fun…
I have two needlepoint/crewel books that were my Mom’s. They’re a great resource for embroidery stitches, but OH the 70s fashion! Embroidered bell bottom jeans are cute but some of the others, not so much. I also have this great Christmas book full of recipes, crafts, gift ideas, from the 1950s. I loved reading it as a kid. Kind of makes me cringe now, but I just can’t part with it.
I loooooove the ones I have. I think some of the projects are amazing, but I’m also pretty picky in the ones that I buy. 🙂
